About the Event
In this talk you will get to hear an overview of the practice itself and a detailed discussion of the benefits. I will answer all your questions about Vedic Meditation and you will be given an opportunity to sign up for the 4-day course.
This talk is a requirement to attend the 4-day beginners meditation course starting September 15th - 18th.
Day and Evening courses will be available to fit the work schedule.
